You’ll be reaching out every day, having real conversations, asking meaningful questions, and guiding people through a professional interview process that gives them clarity and direction. What This Role Looks Like Day-to-Day Your day will revolve around consistent outreach and meaningful conversations. You’ll connect with people at different stages in their careers — some just beginning, some looking for a better environment to grow — and invite them into a structured, supportive interview. You’ll spend a large part of each day on the phone, starting conversations, following up, answering questions, and helping people think through their next step. When someone is ready to move forward, you’ll help them complete their onboarding paperwork and transition them to our training team. This role moves at a steady pace, and you’ll have clear daily activity expectations and performance goals.
