Responsibilities: • Greet and direct visitors, providing a welcoming and attentive experience., • Manage word processing tasks, filing systems, and document distribution, including faxing., • Assist in preparing presentations and maintaining accurate data records, including mail merges., • Conduct internet research to support various projects and initiatives., • Collaborate with team members to provide administrative support for ongoing projects., • Organize and maintain office supplies to ensure seamless operations., • Respond promptly to inquiries and provide excellent customer service., • Ensure the accuracy and confidentiality of all data entry tasks., • Coordinate schedules and appointments to optimize time management for the team., • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access., • Strong internet research capabilities., • Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills., • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role preferred., • Demonstrated ability to perform accurate and efficient data entry., • Customer service experience with a focus on professionalism and problem-solving., • Adept at managing multiple tasks and prioritizing responsibilities., • Familiarity with office equipment and general administrative procedures.
