Job DescriptionBenefits: • 401(k), • Paid time off, • Support team in managing healthy relationships with Local-National-Global ministry partners, • Schedule and organize Outreach Team Project Calendar, Mission Trip Calendar and Outreach Directors Calendar, • Assists in scheduling, organizing, supporting, and executing Local-National-Global ministry events and meetings, • Coordinates and completes internal processes with other ministries (communications requests, facilities, • requests, tech requests, catering requests, etc.), • Manage check requests/expense reimbursements for the Local-National-Global ministry as directed, • Communicate with volunteers and partners as directed utilizing existing ministry tools and channels, • Work with the team to maintain contacts, partner organizations, event photos, videos, collateral, and area, • needs utilizing Salesforce and Planning Center on a continuous basis., • Provide support for web, social media, MailChimp and other outward facing communications to keep the Go, • Team relevant and up to date with our church., • Committed to our team values of Self-Leadership, Positive Attitude, Team Mindset, Healthy Relationships, and High Performance, • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate issues, think critically, and implement practical, effective solutions., • Well organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, • Must complete our assessment here within 2 business days of applying, • Possesses a high level of initiative and follow-through, • Possess the ability to use appropriate judgment, discretion, and confidentiality, • Ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and communications simultaneously., • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain healthy and motivating relationships with direct reports, coworkers, and team members, • Proven administrative experience, • Familiar and proficient with MS Teams/Office Products, social media tools and quick learner of other software platforms PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS, • Ability to bend, squat, walk, and move comfortably in varying weather conditions, including high heat or cold, during outdoor programs and service opportunities, • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds safely and without difficulty, • Must be able to stand or sit for extended periods as required EMPLOYMENT CLASSIFICATIONS • Category: Part-time, • Number of Hours: 20-25 per week (occasional Sunday mornings), • Exempt/Non-Exempt: Non-exempt, • Employee Class: Assistant, • Weekends Required: No, • Commissionable Role: No, • Remote: No
