Summary / Job Objective\n The Product Manager II supports the full lifecycle of Premier Health Solutions’ insured and non-insured products, including design, development, implementation, and ongoing updates, with a strong focus on accuracy, execution, and learning the product portfolio in depth. Working closely with the Product Manager I and the broader Marketing and Product teams, this role owns the day-to-day setup and maintenance of products within the E123 CRM and across the websites, certificates, portals, and collateral that support them. \n This is a growth role on a defined development track: the Product Manager II is mentored by the Product Manager I and is expected to build the technical depth, product knowledge, and judgment needed to take on increasing ownership over time and, in time, to step into the PM-I role. \n The ideal candidate is, above all, detail-oriented, a critical thinker, and a self-starter: someone who reads the fine print, asks why before acting, and moves work forward without being told to. Technical proficiency and marketing fundamentals matter, but they can be taught; the mindset is what makes the difference. Essential Duties and Responsibilities\n \nProduct Setup & Implementation\n\n • Collaborate with the Product Manager I and internal stakeholders to set up and implement new insured and non-insured products within the E123 CRM.\n, • Maintain product data and configurations in E123, ensuring every record is accurate, complete, and properly documented.\n, • Support product updates by keeping information consistent across certificates, websites, brochures, training decks, enrollment platforms, and portals.\n, • Help maintain product roadmaps, implementation checklists, and timelines, flagging risks and gaps early. \nAccuracy, Proofreading & Quality\n\n • Review and proofread marketing materials, product information, and digital content for spelling, grammar, and informational accuracy.\n, • Cross-check product details against source documents and compliance requirements to catch errors before they reach customers.\n, • Manage association and ancillary benefit information, updating it as needed to meet compliance and product standards. \nCollaboration & Support\n\n • Support team deadlines and contribute to major cross-departmental projects.\n, • Serve as a reliable point of contact for routine product questions and implementation tasks.\n, • Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for carrier relationships, coordinating product updates, requests, and communications in partnership with the Product Manager I.\n, • Exhibit an “all hands-on deck” approach, supporting other departments as needs arise.\n, • Actively learn from the Product Manager I to build toward greater ownership of the product portfolio over time. \nSkills and Qualifications\n \nWhat Matters Most\n\n • Exceptional attention to detail: you catch the small errors others miss.\n, • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving: you analyze product issues and reason your way to sound solutions.\n, • Self-motivated and proactive: you take ownership, work independently, and follow through without prompting. \nExperience & Education\n\n • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.\n, • 1–3+ years in product support, implementation, marketing operations, project coordination, or a related role.\n, • Experience in health insurance, employee benefits, or another regulated industry is a plus. \nTechnical Skills\n\n • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and comfortable learning new systems quickly.\n, • Hands-on experience with a CRM platform is preferred; experience with E123 or a similar system is a strong plus.\n, • Familiarity with HTML, Adobe tools, or digital content platforms is a plus. \nProfessional Skills\n\n • Highly organized, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects at once.\n, • Clear written and verbal communication.\n, • Eagerness to learn, take feedback, and grow into broader product responsibility.\n, • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities. \nCore Competencies\n\n • Attention to Detail\n, • Critical Thinking & Problem Solving\n, • Initiative & Self-Direction\n, • Product Implementation & Data Management\n, • Cross-Functional Collaboration\n, • Communication\n, • Adaptability\n, • Continuous Learning & Professional Development\n
