Job DescriptionJob Title: Specialist Fulfillment Job Description The Specialist Fulfillment is responsible for supporting order processing and assisting in the preparation and distribution of prescription medication using the fulfillment system. This role operates within a specialty pharmacy environment, focusing on maintaining high standards of accuracy and quality in order fulfillment. Responsibilities • Perform manual packing duties, including packing and shipping completed orders., • Verify accuracy and ensure conformance to quality standards and specifications., • Prepare packages for mailing., • Stock non-pharmaceutical products where permitted by pharmacy regulations., • Assist with department training and support for new hires., • Carry out other duties as required by judgment or necessity.Essential Skills, • High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution., • 1–2 years of relevant experience., • Good verbal and written communication skills., • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate diplomatically and confidentially., • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively, with or without accommodations., • Capable of pushing, pulling, grasping, and lifting tasks with or without reasonable accommodation., • Willingness to work a flexible schedule.Additional Skills & Qualifications, • Experience in packing, shipping, and receiving.Why Work Here? Work Environment This role is located at a specialty pharmacy in Frisco, TX, with operating hours from 7:00 AM to 6:30 PM, Monday to Friday. The position involves physical tasks such as lifting and moving packages, requiring a comfortable dress code suitable for warehouse duties. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Frisco, Texas. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $17.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
