Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Catering Manager to lead our catering operations in Frisco, TX. This role oversees all aspects of the Catering Department, including staff training, event execution, and day‑to‑day operational leadership. The ideal candidate has a strong hospitality background, exceptional communication skills, and the drive to build and mentor a high-performing team. This leader is passionate about service excellence and possesses the ownership mindset needed to elevate the business. Key Responsibilities • Lead and supervise all catering events from planning through execution., • Oversee event logistics, quality standards, sanitation practices, and facility operations., • Collaborate with the Executive Chef to develop creative, high‑quality menus., • Train and mentor catering staff in service techniques, presentation standards, and customer experience., • Monitor labor costs, food costs, and event-specific financials to ensure budget alignment., • Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a seamless and professional experience at every event., • Support all foodservice-related functions and assist with operational needs as required., • Manage event setups, service flow, and breakdown processes to deliver exceptional results., • Perform additional duties as assigned while proactively seeking opportunities to enhance the department.Qualifications, • Minimum 2 years of food service experience, including at least 1 year in a management role., • Background in restaurants, hotels, corporate dining, or similar hospitality environments., • Required experience managing high‑touch, high‑profile catering events., • Knowledge of catering and culinary trends, including quality control, sanitation, cost management, and presentation standards., • Strong financial and budgeting skills with the ability to track and analyze event performance., • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and internet-based tools., • ServSafe Certification required., • Strong leadership presence with the ability to build, inspire, and develop a team.
