Job Description Program Manager – Revenue & Financial Systems Integration (Post-Acquisition) Employment Type: Contract (6–12 months) Compensation Range: $100.00 – $125.00 per hour Location: Los Angeles, CA or Dallas–Fort Worth, TX / Hybrid Work Schedule Industry: Retail Company Overview This organization operates a national retail platform with more than 100 locations across the United States. Following a recent acquisition, the company is executing a large-scale enterprise integration initiative to align operational processes, technology infrastructure, financial systems, and organizational structures across the combined organization. A key priority during the initial phase of the integration will be the migration and consolidation of revenue from the acquired organization onto the parent company’s financial platform. This effort requires close coordination across finance, accounting, systems, and operational teams to ensure accurate financial reporting, compliance, and continuity of revenue recognition during the transition. Candidates who have led revenue or financial system integrations during mergers or acquisitions are strongly preferred. Position Summary The Program Manager – Revenue & Financial Systems Integration will support enterprise integration initiatives associated with the acquisition of a large retail organization. This role will be heavily focused on Phase 1 of the integration program, which centers on migrating revenue and financial reporting processes from the acquired organization onto the parent company’s accounting platform. The Program Manager will coordinate cross-functional teams across Finance, Accounting, IT, and Operations to ensure revenue streams, financial data, and reporting workflows are successfully integrated. The ideal candidate will have experience leading or supporting finance transformation initiatives, accounting system implementations, ERP integrations, or revenue migration programs. This role reports directly to the Vice President of Program Management and will play a critical role in ensuring the successful integration of financial processes, systems, and reporting structures across more than 100 retail locations nationwide. Key Responsibilities Phase 1: Revenue & Financial Integration (Primary Focus) • Lead program initiatives focused on migrating revenue from the acquired organization onto the parent company’s financial platform, • Coordinate with Finance, Accounting, FP&A, and IT teams to align revenue reporting structures, • Support the integration of ERP platforms, accounting systems, and financial reporting tools, • Ensure revenue recognition processes comply with internal accounting policies and reporting standards, • Oversee mapping, reconciliation, and validation of revenue data between legacy and target systems, • Coordinate testing, validation, and financial cutover activities related to system integration, • Identify and track dependencies related to revenue migration, reporting alignment, and accounting processes, • Monitor financial integration milestones and escalate risks to leadership when necessary Program & Workstream Leadership • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables for assigned integration initiatives, • Coordinate cross-functional teams responsible for executing integration activities, • Facilitate working sessions with Finance, Accounting, IT, and Operations stakeholders, • Maintain program dashboards, milestone tracking, and integration status reporting, • Identify risks, blockers, and cross-workstream dependencies, • Escalate critical issues to the Vice President of Program Management Integration Execution • Support the operational and financial integration of more than 100 retail locations, • Coordinate system rollouts, financial process alignment, and operational transitions, • Ensure consistent execution of integration milestones across departments, • Support preparation of executive-level integration updates and reporting Required Qualifications • 5–8+ years of program or project management experience, • Experience managing complex cross-functional initiatives within enterprise organizations, • Experience supporting finance, accounting, or ERP-related programs, • Strong organizational, planning, and stakeholder management capabilities, • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced integration environment, • Excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate across finance, IT, and operational teams Preferred Qualifications • Experience supporting post-acquisition or post-merger integrations, • Experience working with financial systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Workday Financials, or similar ERP platforms, • Experience working with revenue recognition, financial reporting, or accounting operations, • Background in finance transformation or finance systems implementation programs, • Experience within retail, multi-location businesses, or real estate environments, • PMP certification or equivalent project management credential
