The supervisor will make every effort to arrange coverage, however, the final responsibility rests on the residential staff. Meeting deadlines and completing all necessary paperwork. This includes quarterly reports, monthly reports, fire drill records, attendance records, weight charts, house receipts, daily logbook, etc. The Residential Worker shall be trained by Real House, Inc.s APN and will carry out the duties of Medication Technician 11pm-7am During the hours of 11pm-7am, the House Manager will be offered adequate sleeping facilities by Real House, Inc. 7am-3pm (7am-9am) Responsibilities include providing assistance to the extent necessary for each of the individuals in the home to prepare for their day. That includes assisting with all personal hygiene tasks, dressing, preparing breakfast and cleaning up afterwards. (9am-3pm) During this shift the House Manager is considered on call, however remaining on the premises is typically not necessary. Being on call requires that you leave information with your supervisor as to where you may be reached. QUALIFICATIONS: Required and Preferred Education and Experience: High School diploma or general education degree (GED); and one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Ability to work with diverse populations. Good oral and written English skills. If an individual is in recovery, five-six years of sustained recovery is required. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Plan, schedule, and dispatch technicians to the appropriate customer, based on technician's skill set, location, and priority of customer needs, • Answer phone calls for customer service requests; provide customers with the appropriate timing for when the technician will arrive onsite, • Reference client service history for new work orders created to ensure proper authorization, credit limits/payment information/COD status, and identify any possible discrepancies, • Provide hourly rates, pricing holds, and take payment information when applicable, • Create, open, assign, and/or close work order requests, • Real time updates via notes in each work order description, • Review technician descriptions on completed work orders for overall literacy, grammar, and spelling, • Correspond with technicians to ensure proper close-out of service calls prior to being dispatched to next call, • Utilize GPS tracking software to run truck reports, cross reference ticket times, and provide system generated reports when required, • Route calls to the appropriate departments/individuals Education/Experience: • High School diploma or GED, • Construction/Mechanical/Service industry experience, • Ability to work as a team player, • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, • Verbal & written communication skills, • Attention to detail and organization, • Competitive salary, commensurate with experience, • Company paid vacation and holidays, • Company health care, vision, & dental benefits, • 401k plan with Company match, • Company paid life insurance, • Education and training provided with monetary incentives available for education courses completed Night shift schedule with flexible days G.E.
