ODAAT houses men and women who are afflicted by addiction and homelessness. Case management services and prevention for HIV/AIDS is also offered at select locations. Through our holistic array of services, ODAAT consumers can expect the support of staff to bring systems together to achieve positive outcomes. Staff offers support in the following areas: recovery coaching and mentoring, linkage to health and social services, transitional housing, and community outreach. POSITION SUMMARY: This position offers provisional care to clients and supports the operation of the ODAAT Shelter Programs. Specifically, the Residential Aide provides services to consumers in a therapeutic residential setting in accordance with established program objectives and the treatment goals of each individual being served. Job Description Korzen Health seeks a full-time Wound Care Physician (MD/DO) to lead the Wound Care Clinic program in the Philadelphia, PA market area. For over 25 years, We has been treating patients with chronic wounds from over 600 hospital-based wound care centers across the country. Currently, we treats over 300,000 wound care patients annually and has healed nearly 4 million wounds. This position is based in our outpatient wound care clinic and is exclusively dedicated to procedural wound care. Our center operating hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with no nights, on-call duties, or weekend work. All patients are seen by appointment only; walk-ins are not accepted. This is a procedure-oriented environment primarily serving geriatric patients.
