Job Description Position: Customer Experience Specialist (CES) Classification: Non-Exempt Summary/Objective We are looking for a customer-focused Customer Experience Specialist (CES) to manage appointment scheduling, varying levels of inbound and outbound calls (including high-volume periods during peak seasons), customer inquiries, order processing, and issue resolution. The CES will serve as a liaison between customers and the service team, ensuring accurate order entry, timely communication, and resolution of conflicts to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Overview The Welder will operate TIG & MIG welding machines, including power up, cleaning and finish weld on various parts and maintaining cleanliness while working.
