Job Description PRIMARY FUNCTION: • The Janitorial Floater will assist in the maintenance of all types of floors including: VCT, stone, quarry, other hard surfaces and various types of carpet cleaning. This role will also be responsible for cleaning contracted buildings and office spaces as assigned, or during down time of shift (i.e., when waiting for floors to dry). The ideal candidate must be friendly, a self-starter, organized, able to drive, understands commercial cleaning services, including floors and carpets, and able to take direction well.
