About the Role: The Circulating Nurse plays a critical role in the surgical team, ensuring that all aspects of patient care are managed effectively before, during, and after surgical procedures. This position requires a comprehensive understanding of surgical protocols and the ability to anticipate the needs of the surgical team and the patient. The Circulating Nurse is responsible for maintaining a sterile environment, managing surgical instruments, and coordinating with various healthcare professionals to ensure seamless operations. By monitoring patient safety and comfort, the Circulating Nurse contributes significantly to positive surgical outcomes. Minimum Qualifications: • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice., • Prepare the operating room by ensuring all necessary equipment and supplies are available and sterile., • Assist in the positioning of the patient and provide necessary support to the surgical team during procedures., • Monitor the patient's vital signs and overall condition throughout the surgery, communicating any changes to the surgical team., • Document all relevant information during the surgical procedure, including any complications or changes in the patient's status.
