How You'll Contribute: Under general supervision, the Field Engineer will commission AV systems at client sites to provide the optimal performance according to the scope and design intent. How You'll Contribute: A Senior Project Manager (SPM) is responsible for the scope, schedule, cost, quality and client satisfaction of a project throughout its entire lifecycle, from Initiating through Closing phases. A project manager's role is primarily focused around written and verbal communication to all project stakeholders. The PM is responsible for overseeing and performing project management functions on all AVE projects, budgets and scopes. The PM will act as the person responsible on their assigned projects and have direct control over all project activities. The Senior Project Manager will also mentor other Project Managers with the company. The SPM will be assigned the largest, most complex and sensitive projects. This position will be providing direction to a wide range of internal and external personnel. How You'll Contribute: The Senior Commissioning Engineer (CX) is a key member of the post-sales Engineering group within the Electronic Security Systems (ESS) team, serving as lead engineer on commercial & federal design projects. The CX supports programming and commissioning project lifecycles, from initial sales concepts after design development, construction documentation, and construction administration. Acting as a technical resource, the CX engineer ensures client and system requirements are met and collaborates with cross-functional teams to deliver effective solutions. The role is supported by Solutions Architects and Team Supervisor, with guidance provided by the Director of ESS Engineering. The CX will hold both primary and supporting responsibilities on complex ESS projects and reports directly to the Director of ESS Engineering. What You'll Do: • Conduct pre-deployment testing and validation of electronic security systems to ensure readiness for field deployment., • Perform quality reviews of security drawings and documentation to support accurate and efficient installation., • Complete site surveys and captured field conditions using Bluebeam to inform design and installation activities., • Configure security hardware, including assigning camera IP addresses, updating access control board firmware, uploading Cisco switch configurations, and programming door devices within access control software., • Diagnose and resolved issues with cameras, access-controlled doors, and network switches to maintain system performance., • Configure security intrusion systems, DMP and Bosch environments., • Develop and/or maintain ACS, VSS, IDS programming matrix documents that are used for field and system functionality., • Apply drawing markups in Bluebeam and maintained detailed programming sheets for device configuration and tracking., • Lead system commissioning efforts in collaboration with customer testing representatives to verify full system functionality., • Manage concurrent project tasks while maintaining timelines, documentation accuracy, and technical quality., • Communicate complex technical information clearly to stakeholders through both written and verbal channels, • Occasional travel to client sites is required to resolve project escalations and provide customer consultation. 25-50% Travel. How You'll Contribute: The Design Engineer (DE) is a member of the core team for commercial projects. Alone on small projects or part of a team of engineers on large project the DE provides technical direction and insight through the project life cycle from sales concept to design development, construction drawings to implementation support. As a technical authority on a project team, the DE is instrumental in the determination and execution of client and system requirements and will collaborate with Commercial SME teams as required. Reporting to the Regional Director of the DE's project assignments are determined by that director based on enterprise-wide demands. At times, the DE will be supervised and receive specific task assignments by Senior Design Engineers or Project Managers. Responsibilities Include: • Seat and welcome Doctor’s patients (includes helping create take home bag, choosing flavors and prepping patient/family prior to Doctor’s arrival), • Daily set up and end-of-day clean up, • Take X-Rays (Bitewings, PA, Pano, CBCT) -Assist Doctor’s with charting • Assist the Doctor with Operative Procedures (fillings, extractions, etc.) and help assist with orthodontic treatment (when needed) -Manage sterilization of pediatric and orthodontic instruments • Sterilization and prep clinical areas for the next patient, • Assist hygienists and ortho assistants with prep and cleaning of clinical area, • Help with weekly and monthly chair and sterilization machine maintenance -Help with inventory and ordering of pediatric dental supplies Qualifications: -Excellent time management skills • NJ X-ray license (CBCT, Panoramic, and Nomad machine), • Team Player with strong communication skills, • Ability to multi-task, • Must love dogs!!
