Job DescriptionBenefits: • Bonus based on performance, • Dental insurance, • Health insurance Key Responsibilities: • Conduct thorough assessments, diagnoses, and treatment of acute and chronic illnesses in patients across the lifespan, • Provide urgent care services, including minor procedures, suturing, splinting, and wound care, • Perform physical exams, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and prescribe medications, • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized care plans, • Educate patients and families on health maintenance, disease prevention, and treatment options, • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes, • Maintain accurate and timely medical records in compliance with regulatory standards, • Current Physician Assistant license and certification, • Valid state RN and APRN licensure, • BLS and ACLS certifications preferred, • Minimum 2 years of experience in family practice and/or urgent care preferred, • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, • Flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed, • Competitive salary based on experience, • Comprehensive benefits package (health, dental, vision, retirement, PTO, etc.)
