Your Role: • Acts as a Personal CFO for existing clients (where applicable) and new clients; leads the client relationship, delivers an exceptional experience, and designs, implements and manages the wealth management plan that supports their passions and purpose - their “Life Plan”, • Leverages internal and external resources to achieve client objectives in such areas as Investment Management, Estate Planning, Tax Planning, Risk Management, and General Planning, • Communicates our unique value proposition to prospective clients and works to establish Brighton Jones as their trusted financial advisor, • Proactively develops and expands relationships within the community, • Cultivates and develops deep relationships with custodial retail branches in collaboration with the national team, • Creates opportunities and represents Brighton Jones at public speaking events including community events, industry events, etc., • Candidates must have a four-year degree and hold one of the following credentials: Certified Financial Planner™ (CFP®), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), or Juris Doctor (JD), • 6+ years in financial and/or estate planning related work, preferably at a professional financial services company or wealth management firm, • Expertise in estate, tax, retirement, insurance, investment, and cash flow/capital needs planning analysis, • Unquestioned commitment to integrity in personal and professional activities, • Highly motivated with ability to function well in a fast-paced environment, • Self-starter by nature, • Excellent organizational, leadership, communication and presentation skills, • Able to manage heavy workloads and projects, many on a time-sensitive basis, as well as interacting with tight-knit team of professionals with a range of financial and tax activities.

Tasks and Responsibilities: • Contracting & Procurement, • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements, with a focus on railroad operations and infrastructure consulting projects with state and local agencies, potentially funded in part by federal agencies such as the Federal Transit Administration (FTA) and Federal Railroad Administration (FRA) and in part by, • Advise on public procurement processes, bid protests, and compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and state-specific procurement codes (e.g., California and New York)., • Support contract administration and contract lifecycle management for rail consulting., • Legal Advisory & Research, • Conduct legal research and analysis on statutes, regulations, and case law relevant to transportation, public works, and government contracting., • Provide legal guidance to senior leadership on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and strategic transactions., • Litigation & Dispute Resolution, • Manage and oversee litigation, arbitration, and dispute resolution processes., • Coordinate with external counsel and represent the company's interests in legal proceedings., • Risk & Compliance, • Monitor and manage legal risks associated with government funding, regulatory oversight, and contractual obligations., • Develop and implement internal policies and training programs to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations., • Operational Legal Support, • Oversee document management, e-discovery, and archival processes., • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school; active bar membership., • Minimum 5-7 years of legal experience, with significant exposure to government procurement and infrastructure contracting., • Demonstrated knowledge of public agency contracting, consulting and procurement law. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business & Operations Manager to join our team and help strengthen the company’s operational foundation as we continue to scale. This role will play a key part in building the systems, structure, and processes that support our growth. Role Overview The Business and Operations Manager is responsible for coordinating and overseeing the internal operations of The Little London Collective. This position ensures that business systems, financial processes, and administrative functions run efficiently and support the company’s growth. The role requires a detail-oriented and process-driven individual who can manage multiple priorities and maintain organizational structure across teams. Key Responsibilities Operations Management • Manage and improve day-to-day business operations, systems, and workflows., • Oversee administrative infrastructure including technology tools, document management, communications, and facilities., • Standardize operating procedures across projects, ensuring consistency in reporting, documentation, and compliance., • Create and maintain internal corporate file systems to organize all business and project related documentation., • Support procurement and vendor management, including tracking contracts, payments, and deliverables.
