WHAT IS IN IT FOR YOU • $65,000 + opportunities for commission, • Job stability and leadership support of development, • Affordable health, dental, and vision insurance plans, • 401K retirement savings plan with generous employer match!, • Life insurance, • Paid maternity/paternity leave, • 20 days to start in vacation time and more earned each year, • Paid sick time, • 12 paid public holidays, • Additional paid leave for your birthday, wedding, moving house, holiday shopping, and more.Job Description LIFE AS AN ACS TIME CRITICAL AGENT • Developing prospective clients through research in our database, websites, LinkedIn and trade press etc., • Building relationships with our Worldwide Offices to ensure access and service levels in every country in the world and to provide our clients with targeted solutions., • Maintaining relationships with clients to ensure repeat business, • Managing Time Critical bookings from inquiry to completion, • Receiving inbound requests for urgent logistical emergencies virtually 24/7, • Presenting tailored offers to clients with good commercial sense, • Flight observation/monitoring of flight departures (this can also be done at inconvenient times)Qualifications WHAT DO WE LOOK FOR • Ability to adapt to situations and think of solutions quickly, • Good commercial judgment, • Enjoy working in a goal-oriented and competitive work environment, • Results-oriented and goal-oriented, • Excellent numerical understanding and communication skills, • Ability to work independently but be a team player, • Love of travel and the tact to send 3rd parties around the world, • Willing to work in shifts and as part of a team, • Fluent written and spoken English skills. Bilingual in Spanish and/or Mandarin is a plus!
