Absher is seeking a Senior Scheduler to lead advanced planning and scheduling across major projects and multi-project programs. You will drive schedule strategy, oversee integrated master schedules, perform advanced risk and critical path analysis, and serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership and project teams. What You'll Do • Lead development and oversight of integrated master schedules across multiple projects, • Implement planning and scheduling strategies aligned with company and contractor expectations, • Develop and maintain Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and Cost Breakdown Structures (CBS), • Perform advanced critical path analysis and schedule risk analysis, • Analyze deviations from baseline schedules and recommend corrective actions, • Evaluate schedule impacts related to change orders and scope shifts, • Prepare executive-level reports and monthly schedule presentations, • Develop resource plans and provide peak leveling recommendations, • Ensure contractor schedule integration and overall schedule integrity, • Minimum 7 years of GC construction scheduling experience, • Strong Primavera P6 proficiency, • Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, v-lookups, reporting), • Ability to work collaboratively with field teams and project leadership, • Strong experience with integrated master schedules, • Advanced knowledge of critical path and schedule risk analysis, • A degree in Construction Management or Engineering is preferred but not required.
