SOAL Team Culture • We share the same goals, • We share the same values, • We use our best interpersonal skills, • We support and help one another, • We care for each other and our patients, • We trust each other Pay: $55 - $100 per visit (35 - 60 minutes each visit) Job Responsibilities: * Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patients' speech, language, and swallowing abilities. * Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluation results. * Provide therapy sessions to patients with speech and language disorder. * Utilize a variety of techniques and modalities to improve patients' communication skills. * Collaborate with SOAL's multidisciplinary team and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. * Monitor and document patients' progress throughout the treatment process. * Educate patients and their families on strategies for improving communication outside of therapy sessions. Requirements: * Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program. * Valid state license or certification as a Speech Language Pathologist * Valid ASHA Certification. * Previous experience in pediatrics and home health setting is preferred. * In-depth knowledge of speech therapy techniques, anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology. * Ability to assess and diagnose speech and language disorders in patients of all ages, including pediatrics. * Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare team members. * Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
