How You’ll Make an Impact • Lead, mentor, and grow a team of clinical staff, including BCBAs and supervisors-in-training., • Provide BCBA supervision, case consultation, and support program development., • Ensure high-quality, individualized ABA services for every client with minimal cancellations., • Collaborate with leadership to drive clinic growth, streamline operations, and meet key metrics., • Foster a supportive, positive culture where team members feel valued and empowered., • Uphold compliance, HIPAA standards, and ethical practices, serving as a model for your team.
