We’re Hiring for Full-Time Learning Center Staff for our Day Program Are you someone who believes in the power of potential? Why You’ll Love Working Here • Empower individuals to discover their strengths, build confidence, and succeed in their goals, • Feel the pride of knowing your work makes a real difference every single day, • Work in a supportive, uplifting environment filled with laughter, creativity, and teamwork, • Enjoy a meaningful career with opportunity for growth and personal fulfillment Benefits include: • Competitive pay: $17.00 – $17.50 per hour, • Full-time schedule Monday–Friday (daytime hours between 8am and 6pm) 32hrs to 40hrs, • Paid Sick Time, • Paid Time Off, Personal Days, and Paid Holidays, • Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance, • Paid orientation and training provided, • Must have two or more certifications: (CPR, First-Aid, Article 9, Prevention & Support or PROUD certification, Preventing Abuse & Neglect) What You’ll Be Doing: • Provide support with daily living activities, personal care, and behavioral support, • Teach and encourage life skills such as cooking, budgeting, communication, and teamwork, • Lead fun and meaningful activities — including games, community outings, and creative projects, • Support members as they work toward becoming more independent and other personal goals, • Foster a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment where every individual is valued, • Maintain accurate documentation of member’s progress and achievements Who You Are: • Passionate about helping others thrive and achieve their goals, • Compassionate, reliable, and motivated to make a positive impact, • A team player with a warm heart and a growth mindset Requirements: • High school diploma or GED, • Age 25+ and eligible to drive under agency insurance, • Driving Required- providing transportation for our members, • Valid driver’s license and 5 year clean driving record, • Ability to pass a background check and obtain a Fingerprint Clearance Card, • Willingness to complete required training (provided by us!), • Ability to lift members and assist members as needed, • Ability to bend, stoop, stand for long periods of time, • 1 Year required - experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities Join Our Mission If you’re ready to help others reach their potential — and discover more in yourself along the way — we’d love to have you on our team!
