Job Description Position Summary The Marketing and PR Administrator plays an important role in managing and sharing the company’s voice, values, and story across multiple platforms. This person helps manage day-to-day marketing activities, supports public relations efforts, and ensures that all communication, both company-wide and executive, reflects a consistent and polished brand image. They will participate in planning, champion the execution and monitoring of social media content, coordinate with marketing agencies and vendors, and track the success of campaigns. The right candidate is organized, creative, and proactive, someone who enjoys collaborating with others, stays on top of details, and helps turn ideas into well-executed results. Key Responsibilities • Manage, schedule, and monitor social media content across multiple platforms for both company and executive personal accounts if needed., • Collaborate with external marketing agencies and creative partners to ensure timely delivery, brand consistency, and effective scheduling of marketing materials., • Track and analyze social media performance, prepare regular analytics reports, and recommend improvements based on data and engagement trends., • Provide creative input and assist in developing content that aligns with the company’s brand identity and executive vision., • Maintain a unified and professional tone across all company and executive communications., • Communicate effectively with internal team members to stay aligned on goals, timelines, and priorities., • Serve as a key point of contact for third-party vendors, contractors, and marketing partners, ensuring accountability and timely deliverables., • Proactively follow up on tasks and projects to keep everything on schedule., • Organize and maintain detailed records of marketing campaigns, events, and vendor communications., • Draft correspondence, presentations, and reports on behalf of executives., • Oversee and organize multiple company email accounts to ensure smooth communication and efficient workflow., • Track deadlines and project milestones to ensure timely completion of marketing and administrative tasks., • Support document management, file organization, and general administrative coordination. Education • Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred). Experience • Previous experience in a marketing or PR administrative role., • Proven ability to manage corporate and personal social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter, TikTok, etc.)., • Familiarity with coordinating and communicating with marketing agencies or external vendors. Skills & Attributes • Strong attention to detail and consistent follow-through., • Excellent organizational and time-management skills., • Clear and professional written and verbal communication abilities., • Tech-savvy with proficiency in tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, social media management systems, and project management software., • Creative mindset with the ability to contribute fresh ideas and solutions., • Calm and adaptable under pressure, able to manage multiple priorities at once., • Naturally supportive and collaborative, someone who helps others stay aligned and works toward shared goals with positivity and accountability. Growth Path This position is designed to grow into a Marketing Manager role.
