Can You Say “Yes” To The Following? • Do you confidently set up and run MIG equipment to fabricate metal components?, • Can you read and interpret blueprints, symbols, and technical drawings without guesswork?, • Are you meticulous about inspecting your own welds for quality and compliance?, • Is safety a habit—keeping your area clean and following protocols every time?, • Do you collaborate well with teammates to hit deadlines and shared goals?, • Can you perform routine maintenance to keep welding gear in top shape?, • Are you willing to help train or mentor junior welders as needed? What We’re Looking For, • High school diploma or equivalent (vocational welding training preferred)., • Proven MIG welding experience with examples or a portfolio of past work., • Fluency in reading technical documents and blueprints., • Sharp attention to detail and pride in quality craftsmanship., • Knowledge of safety practices and regulations in a welding environment., • Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach., • Welding certification is a plus.
