As Practice Manager, youll be the heart of our hospital operations leading by example, fostering a positive workplace culture, and ensuring our hospital runs smoothly every day. What Youll Do Oversee daily hospital operations, ensuring an efficient, supportive, and client-focused environment. Lead, inspire, and support our veterinary team promoting collaboration, accountability, and professional growth. Partner with doctors and leadership to achieve hospital goals while maintaining the highest medical and client service standards. Manage scheduling, budgeting, inventory, and other operational tasks to keep the hospital running seamlessly. Handle HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and performance feedback. Foster strong client relationships and uphold our AVS core values in every interaction. What Were Looking For Previous veterinary leadership or practice management experience preferred at a minimum of 3 years. Strong leadership and communication skills with a focus on team building. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Passion for delivering excellent patient care and client service.
