RESPONSIBILITIES: • Install systems as per Engineered drawings provided and as directed by Project Manager, • Coordinate with engineering and the PM for required changes and discrepancies, • Provide the PM with red line drawings at the completion of each project, • Provide service response as required, • Base salary of $25 to $35 per hour, • Accrual of one day vacation for each month worked to a maximum of 10 days per year. To be increased by one day with each subsequent year until 15 days per year are accrued, • Health insurance is provided with 20% being paid by the employee. Costs of family medical coverage is borne by the employee, • Access to 401K for personal contributions. Company matches up to 4% of Salary., • Dental insurance paid by the company. Family coverage paid by employee, • Vision insurance available, • Mileage at $.65 per mile will be paid for miles driven not attributed to going to the job site and returning home. As the job and abilities progress, a company vehicle or auto allowance will be made available., • If it becomes necessary to have a Laptop Computer, ESCO will provide one for your use., • If significant progress is made, after hours on call may be required., • Reviews at 6 months from hire date and one year.
