The Project Superintendent is responsible for the supervision of the day-to-day work in the field and is expected to turn out high-quality work in the largest possible quantities for the lowest possible cost in the shortest possible time. The Lead Superintendent also plans in advance and ensures the flow of personnel and materials will be available. All Callahan employees are required to be respectful and professional in their day-to-day work and to be ethical in all practices. Essential Functions Safety: • Enforce compliance with all safety laws and regulations. Role Overview As an Overnight Studio Cleaner, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of boutique fitness studios across local locations. This position is ideal for reliable, detail-oriented individuals who thrive working independently during overnight hours and are comfortable managing logistics, supplies, and team coordination.
