You’ll be out in the field daily, working on real estate listings, capturing photo and video content, and collaborating directly with agents on-site. If you enjoy being active, working independently, and seeing results immediately, this role offers a fast-paced, hands-on creative environment with room to grow. We are looking for someone who is motivated, highly detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently within a structured system. This role sits at the core of our production operation. We provide clear training, defined expectations, and a transparent path for growth and advancement as skills and responsibilities increase. SUMMARY • Responsible for daily photo and video shoots., • File organization and editor collaboration., • Client satisfaction and top-notch service, • Proactive communication, adaptability, time management, and detail obsession. RESPONSIBILITIES • Capture on-site photos, videos, drone footage, and 3D content., • Upload media and submit clear field notes after each shoot., • Make creative decisions in the field to ensure quality results., • Travel between shoots reliably and manage time effectively., • Communicate professionally with on-site agents and clients., • Handle and maintain company equipment properly., • Keep schedules and time tracking accurate., • Manage listings from arrival through completion., • Coordinate with internal team members as needed., • Complete required training and ongoing development. SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS • 1 year minimum of professional photography and videography experience., • Experience operating drones preferred., • Ability to drive to multiple shoots daily and make it to each appointment on time., • Ability to maintain composure under pressure in fast-paced environments., • Customer service experience or marketing/sales experience., • File management and organization skills., • Valid Driver’s License., • FAA Part 107 Drone License (preferred), willingness to take the exam on your own time if you don't have this qualification. WORK HOURS • Full-time, hourly role with paid overtime. Work volume fluctuates seasonally., • Trainees' working hours cap at 25 hours per week for the first 30 days of onboarding., • Weekend work is rare but required on occasion., • Business operating hours: 9:00 am-6:30 pm Monday-Friday, • Standard work-hour exceptions: Some shoots require twilight lighting. There are days when photographers finish 30 minutes after sunset. COMPENSATION & GROWTH • Pay ranges from $20–$31/hour, determined by certification level and demonstrated capability. All team members start at $20/hour, with fast, clearly defined certification-based increases as skills, responsibility, and output expand.
