Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Ecommerce & Marketing Coordinator to support the execution and optimization of Greenwich St. Jewelers’ digital commerce experience across Shopify Plus, Email, and SMS. This role is responsible for site merchandising, campaign briefing, creative coordination, reporting, and cross-functional project management across ecommerce and marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate combines strong operational rigor, creative sensibility, and analytical thinking, with hands-on experience in Shopify Plus and lifecycle marketing platforms such as Klaviyo. They are highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced luxury retail environment. This is an on-site role requiring 5 days per week in our New York City office. The Fresh Air Fund (The Fund) seeks an experienced, creative, and mission-driven Photo and Video Content Creator to join the Communications team as the Digital Media Coordinator. Position Summary The Digital Media Coordinator oversees The Fund’s content creation, photography, and video production. This role combines photography, videography, video editing, and written storytelling to create engaging content for The Fund's blog, website, social media, and marketing materials. The ideal candidate is a strong visual storyteller and skilled writer. The Digital Media Coordinator reports to the Communications Director, and works closely with colleagues on the Communications, Development and Program teams. This is a full-time position, based in our New York City office and currently requires three days in the office.
