Job Description eCommerce Specialist Focus: AFTCO.com and MarshWearClothing.com eCommerce campaigns. Compensation: Rate variable based on experience. o $75,000/yr - $85,000/yr o Full time with benefits. Location: Inhouse position at AFTCO’s Corporate office in Santa Ana, CA. Position Description: • Shopify Admin Management Optimizing all product listings as far as imagery, product copy, and enhancing product page content in Shopify Plus * Create and organize product listings in Shopify * Manage active/inactive products, pricing/discounts, In stock vs. out of stock, swatches and variants, and product details * Update and maintain homepage, navigation, landing pages, collection, pdp, or any other necessary parts of the website * Excellent attention to detail as demonstrated in accuracy, grammar, and punctuation * Resolve listing issues and be able to troubleshoot 3rd party applications * Drive data driven product Merchandising strategies to encourage conversions * Ensure site is operating at peak performance by auditing website and quality assessing functionality for a smooth customer experience utilizing analytics tools * Optimize product listings for SEO and improved visibility * Manage 3rd party apps and vendors as they relate to the functionality of the website * Maintain awareness of all approved site assets and promotions before they are deployed on the site as part of the review process * Coordinate with the eCommerce Photographer for product updates and catalog releases * Provide back end administrative support to order processing, customer service teams and returns processing. * Assist with order flows and logistics including the understanding of Shipping and handling • Email + SMS, • Work with the eCommerce Manager to analyze and optimize Email and SMS flows., • Create sign up forms and welcome flows for new Email and SMS subscribers., • Other, • Work against a content marketing calendar that supports the key brand initiatives and business objectives., • Create variations of existing video ads including adding captions and creating new edits., • Minimum of 1+ years experience in a fast-paced, e-Commerce business., • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or relevant field., • Experience in eCommerce, marketing, and creative copywriting., • Knowledge of eCommerce best practices and industry trends., • Experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, Google Analytics, and other related eComm platforms., • Experience with video editing software is a plus., • Customer-focused, with experience using data/research to back up assertions of business value., • Positive, can-do attitude with strong initiative and follow-through., • Strong attention to detail., • Utmost character, honesty, and transparency to accurately represent our brand ethos.Company DescriptionAFTCO is a constantly growing apparel company in the fishing and outdoor industry with a legacy of USA-made hardgoods.
