About the Role: FashioNica is seeking a Creative Manager of E-Commerce to join our Marketing Team. In this hands-on role, you will lead the day-to-day creative operations for FashioNica’s digital brand experience. This role requires a hands-on leader with strong design sensibility, an eye for fashion, and the ability to translate brand direction into high-performing creative assets. You will manage while collaborating closely with marketing and merchandising team members. Responsibilities: • Evolve and own the photoshoot scheduling and process, coordinating with our merchandising team, photographer(s) and marketing, • Translate brand vision into compelling digital creative assets across web, mobile, email, social media and more, • Maintain and elevate FashioNica’s visual identity across all digital touchpoints, • Partner with the marketing team on campaign photoshoot visuals, • Oversee timelines, creative requests, production calendars, • Own approval of shopify PDP listings before they go live, • Manage and mentor team members by providing clear creative direction, feedback, and support to ensure smooth and timely project execution, • Partner with marketing leads to ensure creative aligns brand strategy and sales objectives, • Use performance insights, customer data, and trend research to inform creative improvements What We’re Looking For: • 4-6+ years of experience in creative production, or e-commerce creative roles (fashion or retail preferred)., • Experience leading or managing teams, • Experience working on Shopify or other e-commerce platforms, • Understanding of UX/UI principles and performance-driven creative strategies, • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally., • High aesthetic standards, attention to detail, and a strategic mindset. Nice to Have: • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other digital design tools, • Knowledge of analytics or heatmapping tools., • Background directing photoshoots, video content, or stylized product assets.
