Since 2009, GMIC AI has completed over 250 ODM/OEM projects for global clients including Airbus and Siemens. One of our flagship GTM products, Telalive, is an AI receptionist that answers business calls 24/7 for small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs), helping merchants never miss a call, booking, or customer inquiry. We are now expanding Telalive through direct, offline GTM execution — meeting merchants face-to-face, demonstrating real demos, and converting interest into pilots and paying customers. The Role We are looking for a hands-on, field-oriented GTM Associate who enjoys talking to business owners, walking into stores, and showing live product demos. This role is ideal for someone who: • Is comfortable selling in person, • Can explain a tech product in simple, business-friendly language, • Visit local businesses (restaurants, salons, clinics, retail stores, service SMBs), • Introduce Telalive and clearly explain its value to business owners or managers, • Qualify merchants and identify high-intent prospectsLive Demo & Product Presentation, • Run live Telalive demos (call-in, call-handling, AI responses, message capture), • Customize demo messaging based on merchant type (restaurant vs salon vs clinic), • Answer basic product, pricing, and workflow questions confidentlyPilot & Conversion, • Convert interested merchants into free trials / pilots, • Collect feedback from real usage and report insights to the team, • Support conversion from pilot → paid subscriptionGTM Feedback Loop, • Share frontline insights with product and marketing teams, • Help refine demo scripts, objection handling, and positioning, • Identify patterns in merchant needs and objectionsWhat You Bring, • 0–3 years experience in sales, GTM, business development, or customer-facing roles, • Strong in-person communication and persuasion skills, • Comfortable talking to strangers and business owners, • Ability to explain technology in clear, non-technical language, • Self-motivated, action-oriented, and results driven, • Fluent English required; Mandarin or Spanish is a plus, • Based in or able to commute within Greater Los Angeles, • Authorized to work in the U.S.Nice to Have (But Not Required), • Experience selling to SMBs (restaurants, salons, retail, clinics), • Experience with SaaS, AI tools, or call-center / receptionist solutions, • Prior door-to-door, field sales, or event demo experienceWhy You’ll Love It Here, • Real-world impact: You’ll see merchants use Telalive the same day you demo it, • Fast feedback loop: What works converts immediately, • High ownership: Your demos directly drive revenue, • Startup speed: Ideas turn into product changes fast Base salary + performance-based commission (Exact structure depends on experience and availability)
