Job Description Warehouse Photographer / Inspector Position Overview Morris Moving & Storage is seeking a highly detail-oriented Warehouse Photographer / Inspector to join our team. This role is responsible for documenting and inspecting high-value furniture, artwork, antiques, and household goods as they enter and leave our warehouse. The ideal candidate possesses an exceptional eye for detail and takes pride in ensuring that every item is accurately photographed and thoroughly inspected. Our clients trust us with some of their most valuable possessions, and this position plays a critical role in maintaining that trust by creating clear, comprehensive documentation and identifying any existing or new damage. Key Responsibilities • Photograph furniture, artwork, antiques, and other household items with precision and consistency., • Conduct detailed inspections of all items upon receipt and prior to release or delivery., • Identify, document, and report any scratches, dents, chips, stains, tears, discoloration, or other imperfections., • Create accurate condition reports and maintain organized digital records., • Ensure all photographs clearly capture the overall condition of each item, including any existing damage., • Work closely with warehouse, operations, and management teams to maintain accurate inventory records., • Verify that all items are properly tagged, inventoried, and documented., • Maintain established company standards for quality control and documentation., • Assist with inventory audits and warehouse quality assurance initiatives as needed. Qualifications • Exceptional attention to detail and observational skills., • Ability to recognize subtle imperfections and damage to furniture, artwork, and fine household goods., • Experience with photography, inventory management, quality control, or inspections is preferred., • Strong organizational and record-keeping skills., • Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, cameras, and computer software for documentation., • Ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of accuracy., • Reliable, accountable, and committed to maintaining company standards., • Experience handling luxury furnishings, antiques, artwork, or high-value goods is a plus.
