Job Description Before we get into the details, here’s the most important thing to know: We know the title says Real Estate Photographer, but we’re not looking for photographers first. We’re looking for people who are great with people. This role is really about customer experience. If you can walk into a home confidently, connect naturally with homeowners, communicate professionally, and represent a brand well, you’re already ahead of most applicants. We can teach photography. In fact, we often prefer candidates with little or no photography experience so we can train consistently from the ground up. What’s much harder to teach is warmth, professionalism, reliability, and strong communication skills — and that’s what matters most here. About the Role We work with some of the top real estate agents in Nashville, and our clients come back because of more than just great photos. They trust us to show up on time, communicate clearly, create a smooth experience, and make homeowners feel comfortable throughout the appointment. Our photographers are an extension of our clients’ brands, and we take that responsibility seriously. This is a fast-paced role where you’ll interact with many different personalities throughout the week. You’ll receive regular feedback and coaching, and the people who thrive here are the ones who are open, adaptable, and eager to improve. What You’ll Do • Travel locally to residential properties for scheduled shoots, • Capture interior and exterior photos using a structured shot list, • Deliver a professional, friendly experience to homeowners and agents, • Upload media after each appointment (no editing required), • Earn up to $30/hour, • Paid training (typically 2–3 weeks depending on experience), • Bonus pay for twilight/evening shoots, • Paid from your first appointment to your last, including drive time between shoots, • Additional travel pay for shoots 40+ miles away An FAA Part 107 drone license is required for this role. We cover the cost of the exam and provide study materials — you just need to commit to passing. Schedule Requirements • Monday–Friday availability required, • Approximately 20 hours per week, • Must be available at least 3 full days per week, • Typical daytime hours: 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, • Occasional twilight shoots during summer evenings, • Strong customer service and communication skills, • Highly detail-oriented and organized, • Coachable and open to feedback, • Positive, solution-focused attitude, • Comfortable driving locally between appointments, • Comfortable using basic technology, • Reliable, punctual, and consistent, • Enjoys working with people, • Takes pride in being dependable and professional, • Likes structure, checklists, and consistency, • Wants a role with both creative and people-focused elements, • You need guaranteed or fixed hours every week, • You struggle with flexibility or schedule changes, • You prefer minimal client interaction If you’re dependable, detail-oriented, and excited to grow with a professional, customer-focused company, we’d love to hear from you. Apply today and grow with us.
