Job Description We’re looking for a talented and detail-oriented Photographer/Editor to join our team. In this role, you will produce high-quality, retouched images of our footwear and clothing products for use on our website, marketing campaigns, and social media platforms. The ideal candidate is highly proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, sort, filter), FileZilla naming conventions, Photoroom, and Adobe Photoshop, with strong skills in product photography and a passion for visual storytelling within the fashion or e-commerce space. Key Responsibilities • Edit and retouch high-resolution footwear and athleisure product images to meet brand standards using Adobe Photoshop, • Ensure consistent color correction, lighting, and image quality across all photo assets, • Collaborate with the team to capture images using Ortery PhotoBench or DSLR camera equipment, • Organize, manage, and archive digital photo assets systematically, • Create batch editing workflows and automation processes to improve speed and efficiency, • Edit images for web use, ensuring optimal quality and load times for e-commerce, • Use Microsoft Excel to manage data (formulas, VLOOKUP, and pivot tables), • Maintain and update product image lists using Tableau, • 2+ years of experience in photo editing, product photography, or a similar role, • Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, • Demonstrated use of FileZilla for file transfer and management, • Familiarity with Ortery PhotoBench and/or studio photography equipment, • Strong organizational and time-management skills, • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP), • Comfortable using Outlook, Teams, and FileZilla, • Experience with Tableau is a plus, • Ability to steam and prepare garments for product photography sessions, • Background in e-commerce, fashion, or retail photography, • Experience with image automation or editing workflows Benefits: • Dental insurance, • Employee discount, • Flexible spending account, • Health insurance, • Health savings account, • Life insurance, • Paid time off, • Vision insurance Work Location: In person Company DescriptionShoebacca is a rapidly growing leader in the e-commerce footwear and apparel market.
