Job Description We are seeking an experienced dermatology mid-level provider to join our growing practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in general dermatology and be comfortable performing medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatologic procedures. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with board-certified dermatologists in a collaborative, patient-centered environment. Key Responsibilities: * Conduct comprehensive skin exams, diagnose and treat a variety of dermatologic conditions. * Perform dermatologic procedures, including biopsies, cryotherapy, excisions, and other minor surgical procedures * Develop individualized treatment plans and provide patient education regarding skin care and disease prevention. * Document patient encounters accurately and timely in the electronic medical record (EMR). * Collaborate with supervising dermatologists and clinical staff to ensure quality and continuity of care. * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of dermatologic treatments, medications, and best practices. Qualifications / Requirements: * Licensure: * Current, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license in the state of Florida. * Experience: * Minimum 2–3 years of dermatology experience in a clinical setting (required). * Skills: * Proficient in dermatologic procedures and skin exams. * Strong diagnostic and clinical decision-making abilities. * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. * Comfortable managing a high-volume patient schedule.
