The ideal candidate will have a strong background in general dermatology and be comfortable performing medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatologic procedures. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with board-certified dermatologists in a collaborative, patient-centered environment. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct comprehensive skin exams, diagnose and treat a variety of dermatologic conditions., • Perform dermatologic procedures, including biopsies, cryotherapy, excisions, and other minor surgical procedures, • Develop individualized treatment plans and provide patient education regarding skin care and disease prevention., • Document patient encounters accurately and timely in the electronic medical record (EMR)., • Collaborate with supervising dermatologists and clinical staff to ensure quality and continuity of care., • Licensure:, • Current, unrestricted Physician Assistant (PA) license in the state of Florida., • Experience:, • Minimum 2–3 years of dermatology experience in a clinical setting (required)., • Skills:, • Proficient in dermatologic procedures and skin exams., • Strong diagnostic and clinical decision-making abilities., • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills., • Competitive salary commensurate with experience., • Health, dental, and vision insurance., • Paid time off and CME allowance., • Supportive work environment with opportunities for professional growth.
