Your Role and Responsibilities As a Physical Therapist with our clinic, you will: • Conduct thorough patient assessments to diagnose movement dysfunction and identify the cognitive and emotional factors influencing their pain experience., • Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans for patients with chronic musculoskeletal and neurological conditions., • Utilize a variety of therapeutic interventions, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and education on proper body mechanics and pain management strategies., • Work effectively within our interdisciplinary team, collaborating closely with physicians, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated care and optimal outcomes., • Educate patients and their families about the recovery process, fostering trust and encouraging active participation in their care plans. We are seeking a physical therapist who demonstrates: • Expertise in Persistent Pain Management: Strong clinical skills in assessing and treating chronic pain, utilizing current research and evidence-based approaches., • Outpatient Experience: Proficiency in managing a diverse outpatient caseload and adapting to varied patient needs., • Exceptional Collaborative Skills: A team player with excellent communication skills, capable of working effectively with an interdisciplinary team and building strong rapport with patients and colleagues., • Compassion and Empathy: A patient-centered approach with the patience and empathy needed to support individuals through challenging and often long recovery journeys., • Strong Clinical Decision-Making: The ability to think critically, solve problems, and adapt treatment plans in real-time to meet patient needs., • Required Credentials: Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in CA Why Join Us?
