Job Description JOB SUMMARYThe Customer Experience Specialist supports high-priority initiatives and operational excellence for Client’s pilot service offerings. This role involves stabilizing day-to-day operations, leading teams, driving process improvements, and supporting growth initiatives. The position requires a dynamic, self-motivated individual with strong problem-solving, analytical, and interpersonal skills who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Own operational excellence by overseeing day-to-day operations, monitoring performance, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing corrective action plans., • Drive process improvements using data and insights to optimize workflows, team structures, and fulfillment practices., • Create and manage workflows to keep launch projects on track from start to finish., • Support growth and change by partnering with cross-functional teams on training programs, special projects, market expansion, and sharing key learnings., • Generate new business opportunities by exploring growth with current and new use-cases for Client Marketplace and other verticals., • Strong organizational skills with proficiency in Google Suite., • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment., • Strong communication skills, with experience giving clear directions and potentially customer-facing or management experience., • Self-starter with a bias for action and independent problem-solving., • Analytical mindset with a talent for translating high-level goals into actionable plans., • Curious, innovative, and motivated to continuously improve processes., • Bachelor’s degree or currently pursuing one., • 1+ years of experience in sales, consulting, strategy, business development, operations, technology, banking, analytics, early-stage startups, or related experience., • Demonstrated success leading initiatives, achieving goals, and working in team environments.
