In this role, you will perform diagnostics, service, and installation of piping to equipment in residential and commercial environments. You are a installer with a commitment to quality in all the work you do. Responsibilities: • Assemble pipe sections, tubing, or fittings, using couplings, clamps, screws, bolts, cement, plastic solvent, caulking, soldering, brazing, or welding equipment, • Install pipe assemblies, fittings, valves, appliances such as boilers, radiators, AC Units or heaters, using hand or power tools, • Ability to read/follow blueprints, layout and run own projects, • Plan the layout of HVAC units/piping, using drawings, • Perform maintenance of water supply systems, • Professionally interact with customers and clearly communicate work orders and statuses, • Experience with hot water, chilled, condenser water, steam and refrigeration piping systems, • OSHA 30 & SST Card, • FDNY G60 & F60, • Minimum 5 years of experience in similar role, • Valid Drivers License with a clean driving record, • Strong knowledge of hydraulic systems, • Ability to handle HVAC/plumbing tools and equipment, • Must be legally able to work with necessary paperwork, if not please dont apply
