We are a thriving e-commerce business that is focused on further expanding our market share, utilizing the best technology for efficiency, while building strong teams that support one another with creativity, innovation, and continuous improvement. We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Account Manager, Amazon Marketplace to lead and grow our online marketplace business. The ideal candidate has deep experience managing Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central accounts, with proven success driving sales growth, optimizing listings, and managing marketplace operations. Key Responsibilities Amazon Marketplace Management * Own the P&L performance of the Amazon channel (Seller Central or Vendor Central). * Manage product listings, content optimization (A+ content, images, copy, SEO), pricing, and promotions. * Monitor and improve account health, customer reviews, and operational metrics. * Coordinate advertising strategy, including Amazon Advertising (PPC, DSP, Sponsored Brands). * Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and issues affecting performance. * Cross-Functional Collaboration * Partner with Marketing, Operations, and Finance to align sales forecasts, inventory, and promotions. * Collaborate with supply chain and fulfillment teams to maintain healthy in-stock rates and efficient order fulfillment. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA a plus). * 3+ years (Account Manager) of experience managing e-commerce marketplaces, with hands-on Amazon management required. * Proven track record of delivering revenue growth and profitability through marketplace channels. * Expertise with Amazon Seller/Vendor Central, Amazon Advertising Console, and analytics tools (Helium10, Jungle Scout, or similar). * Strong analytical and financial acumen; comfortable managing P&L and ROI-based decision-making. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. * Experience with Shopify or DTC channels is a plus.
