Job Description The Distribution & Warehouse Associate is responsible for supporting daily warehouse functions, including receiving, storing, organizing, and distributing materials and products. This role also provides delivery support by operating a 26-foot box truck with lift gate as needed. The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-focused, and capable of performing both warehouse and delivery duties with accuracy and professionalism. Key Responsibilities: Warehouse Operations • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments., • Accurately pick, pack, stage, and prepare orders for distribution., • Safely operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks., • Maintain organized and clean warehouse areas, ensuring all products are properly stored and labeled., • Conduct cycle counts and support inventory control processes., • Drive a company 26 ft. box truck with lift gate to deliver or pick up materials as needed., • Follow assigned delivery routes and schedules, ensuring on-time and accurate deliveries., • Assist with loading/unloading at customer or vendor locations., • Maintain all required delivery logs and documentation., • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any issues promptly., • Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA standards., • Communicate effectively with warehouse leadership and team members., • Support additional operational tasks as assigned. Job Description Sales Tax Specialist Corona, CA - Onsite $80k to $100k - Direct Hire Position Overview Our client is seeking a Sales Tax Specialist that will manage multi-state excise and sales tax compliance, product tax classifications, and regulatory reporting. This role requires a highly detail-oriented professional with experience in excise and sales tax processes, regulatory compliance, product taxability and tobacco classification. The specialist will ensure adherence to federal, state, and local tax and licensing requirements, handle preparation, filing, reconciliation, and payment of taxes, maintain necessary business licenses, and serve as a point of contact with regulatory agencies across multiple jurisdictions. Responsibilities: • Classify products for excise and sales tax purposes across multiple categories, including tobacco, alternative products, and other regulated items, ensuring correct application of tax rules., • Maintain tax mappings and product data in the ERP system, ensuring alignment with federal, state, and local regulations., • Prepare, review, and file multi-state excise and sales tax returns, including for tobacco and vapor-related products, ensuring accuracy and timely submission., • Verify tax calculations, reconcile transaction data, and maintain audit-ready records to support internal and external reviews., • Stay up-to-date on changes in tax laws, rates, and regulatory requirements affecting tobacco, vapor, and other regulated products., • Manage business licenses for tobacco and other regulated products, including applications, renewals, updates, and centralized record-keeping to prevent operational interruptions., • Prepare and submit required regulatory and compliance reports, including product movement, inventory, and jurisdiction-specific filings., • Collaborate with accounting, operations, logistics, and management teams to gather accurate data for tax calculations and compliance reporting., • Provide guidance to internal teams on proper product classifications, coding, and compliance practices., • Serve as the primary point of contact with regulatory agencies, responding to inquiries, notices, audits, or other compliance-related matters., • Support process improvements and implement automation initiatives to streamline excise, sales tax, and regulatory workflows.
