ARMStaffing is seeking a travel nurse RN ICU - Intensive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Job Description & Requirements • Specialty: ICU - Intensive Care Unit, • Discipline: RN, • Start Date: 05/18/2026, • Duration: 13 weeks, • 36 hours per week, • Shift: 12 hours, days, • Employment Type: Travel UNIT: ICU Float Team Position Description The ICU Float RN assesses, implements, and evaluates care for critically ill patients under the direction of the licensed physician. The RN applies advanced nursing principles, collaborates with interdisciplinary teams, and directs support staff in accordance with professional nursing standards and Temple policies. Float Coverage • All ICUs, Stepdown units, IMCU, and ED ICU holds/borders across:, • Temple University Hospital (Main Campus), • Temple Women & Families Campus, • At Women & Families, ICU RNs will only be assigned to ICU, • Orientation will be provided, • Patient population mirrors MICU/RICU at Main Campus except:, • No CRRT, • No ECMO, • Includes critical OB populations such as:, • Preeclampsia / eclampsia, • Hypertensive emergencies, • Hyperemesis, • Postpartum hemorrhage, • Ratios will not exceed 1:3, • Every other weekend required, • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (required), • Bachelor’s Degree (preferred), • Minimum 2 years RN experience, with 1 year ICU, • PA RN License (required), • BLS (required), • Airway: Mechanical ventilation, high‑frequency ventilation, RSI meds, trach care, • Cardiac: ECMO, LVAD/Impella, CVP/PA lines, epicardial pacers, rapid infusers, • Lines/Equipment: EVD/ICP, PICC/central lines, ports, wound vacs, drains, • Drips: Vasoactives, sedation, insulin, anticoagulation, • Critical Care: Trauma, transplant, burns, medical/surgical/neuro ICU, • Local and travel contracts\n, • Temp-to-perm employment\n, • Direct-hire personnel\n, • Per Diem\n, • Staffing for every segment of the healthcare industry including, RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, and Allied Health Professionals\n, • Long-term contracts, block scheduling and per diem staffing options\n, • 24-Hour customer service and on-call support 365 days a year\n, • Full-time, registered nurse on staff to provide screening, background, and reference checks\n, • Long-term and temporary career options with outstanding employee benefits\n, • Medical Benefits\n, • Company-matched 401K\n\n
