Job Summary: This role will work with cost management and finance teams to arrange the funding and financing of operations, also monitors each site’s daily function and enforce compliance in according to company policy. Duties and Responsibilities: • Process various check request, petty cash, purchase requisition, purchase order (inventory/MRO) and invoice from each site., • Ensure each document is issued under correct entity, cost code and GL account to comply with company approval process regulations., • Review pricing file for purchase orders to ensure accurate invoicing and reasonable profit margin., • Check on vendor balance in SAP for invoice payment status, work with local procurement and accounting to resolve various receipt and invoice payment issues with vendor., • Review and process freight payment, work with carrier company AP to resolve billing account errors., • Maintain freight expense detail log and classify freight type for rebill., • Issue FI billing in SAP for each project, send out monthly billing report and aging statement for management review., • Resolve various invoice problem and aging issues with local operation team and customer., • Coordinate with local teams to review and approve required documents to set up customer/vendor account., • Notify each site on the month-end closing schedule, perform month-end closing activity., • Process expense cost transfer., • Distribute weekly Inventory Aging Report to operation teams. Assist in year-end physical inventory count., • Issue fixed asset# in SAP., • Review temp employee timecards and process temp agency payroll invoice., • Keep track on temp employee status change in each site, verify working hour and time-off records to ensure accurate payroll posting., • Review Personnel Action Form for temp employee hiring process, work with responsible supervisor to correct any error., • Perform other duties as requested or assigned.
