Our client, a well‑established and fast‑growing personal injury law firm, is seeking a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Personal Injury Attorney to join their team on a temp-to-hire basis. The ideal candidate has strong litigation or pre‑litigation experience, excellent client communication skills, and the ability to manage a high-volume caseload while delivering exceptional service. Responsibilities • Manage a full caseload of personal injury matters from intake through resolution., • Conduct client consultations, evaluate case merit, and provide legal guidance., • Draft and review legal documents including pleadings, motions, and settlement demands., • Negotiate settlements with insurance adjusters and opposing counsel., • Prepare cases for litigation and, when necessary, participate in depositions, mediations, and hearings., • Maintain regular communication with clients, medical providers, and internal staff., • Ensure all case documentation is complete, timely, and compliant with firm standards., • Collaborate with legal assistants and paralegals to drive cases toward resolution.
