Job Description Our client is a private equity firm. They seek a temp to perm Executive Assistant to join their Manhattan, NY office. Responsibilities • Manage executive calendars, schedules, and appointments, • Coordinate meetings, conference calls, and event logistics, • Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, and other business documents, • Arrange domestic and international travel, including itineraries and expense reporting, • Serve as a liaison between executives, clients, vendors, and internal departments, • Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion, • Monitor and prioritize incoming communications, including emails and phone calls, • Organize and maintain filing systems, records, and office documentation, • Assist with project coordination and follow-up on action items, • Support office operations and administrative processes as needed, • Track deadlines and ensure timely completion of tasks and deliverables, • Anticipate executive needs and proactively resolve scheduling or operational conflicts Requirements • A bachelor's degree is preferred, • 5+ years of executive or administrative assistant experience preferred, • Strong organizational and time management skills, • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a deadline-driven environment, • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills JobID: 48111 Company DescriptionAbacus Group is an award-winning executive search firm specializing in the permanent, temporary, and temp-to-perm placement of Accounting & Finance, Public Accounting, Administrative Support, Compliance, Human Resources, Marketing & Communications, and Information Technology professionals across all industries.
