Job Description Reporting to : Global Sales Enablement Director Role Summary: We are seeking a Senior Sales Enablement Manager to be a pivotal member of our Global Marketing team. This strategic role is responsible for arming our global sales teams with the compelling narratives, tools, and materials needed to win in a competitive landscape. You will act as the critical bridge between our central marketing/product functions and regional sales teams, ensuring our go-to-market strategies are flawlessly executed and our value proposition resonates powerfully with clients. Key Responsibilities: * Global Sales Toolkit Development: Design, build, and continuously optimize the full suite of sales enablement materials. This includes pitch decks, one-pagers, competitive benchmarks, case studies, and objection handlers that support every stage of the sales cycle. * Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy & Execution: Lead the GTM rollout for new products, solutions, and commercial offers. You will translate complex product features and market insights into clear, client-centric value propositions and ready-to-use sales narratives. * Sales Training & Empowerment: Develop and deliver engaging training programs and workshops for global sales teams. Ensure the consistent adoption and effective use of all sales materials, narratives, and GTM strategies through live and on-demand training sessions. * Commercial Offer Design: Develop industry-specific and solution-based advertising packages (e.g., for Retail, Auto, CPG) to help sales teams proactively address client needs and structure compelling proposals. * Cross-Functional Leadership: Work in close collaboration with Product Marketing, Insights, Studio, and Communications teams to ensure a cohesive and impactful message across all sales and marketing touchpoints. * Performance & Optimization: Implement a robust feedback loop with global sales teams to gather insights, measure the effectiveness of materials, and continuously iterate to improve our commercial approach. * Regional Market Specialization: Act as the primary enablement partner for our North American sales organization. You will be the expert in adapting global messaging for the highly competitive US market, focusing on key client verticals and the specific needs of major agency holding companies and mid market agencies. Qualifications * 5+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Product Marketing, or a similar strategic marketing role, with a strong preference for experience within the AdTech or media. * Demonstrated mastery of creating high-impact sales narratives and materials. Stratas Foods was formed in October 2008 as a 50/50 joint venture between ACH Food Companies (ACH) and Archer Daniels Midland (ADM). Manufacturing facilities are located in Dallas and Houston, TX; Decatur and Quincy, IL; Englewood, NJ; Hillside NJ, Fresno, CA; Nashville, TN; and Valdosta, GA. Job Description This position is a full-time sales position for Stratas Foods, Foodservice in our direct market, Metro NY – no foodservice broker support. The primary role for this position is to provide dedicated direct Sales development in the field calling on foodservice operators and sales training with our strategic distributors on our national branded portfolio (NB). The person reports to our Division Manager. Operator fry testing and product cuttings are the main priority selling in our value-added proposition. This person would also assist in some Regional and National Account field support efforts on large Fry test projects as needed. Essential Duties & Responsibilities 1. Through the Division Managers direction, identify operator targets to call on to sell our NB products with a particular focus on local and regional chain operators., 2. Hands-on responsibility for setting up and monitoring key operator fry tests and product samplings., 3. Must be able to develop goals and objectives that supports a growth plan for the territory., 4. Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors street sales reps with the goals of becoming their Stratas National Brands leader in Oils, dressings and shortening products. Daily focus is on operator sales calls and support and participate in sales meetings, attend food shows and other activities required to grow the business., 5. Lead key Operator sales growth through timely lead follow-up and fry test management; providing product solutions, market intelligence, and technical expertise that adds value for our company and customers., 6. Must be able to perform multiple tasks surrounding the Business, total fry test process management, salad dressings, sauces, mayo cuttings, demonstrations, knowledge in all our Bakery Shortenings, 7. Is responsible to learn more effective selling techniques to maximize effectiveness. This includes product knowledge as well as skill enhancements, i.e., professional presentations, organizational skills and be proficient in using our promotional tools. Salesforce and Blacksmith., 8. Support and regionally direct One Foodservice strategy to include funneling of commodity opportunities as well to distributor brands managers to inside sales to achieve overall corporate goals and objectives., 9. Must become proficient in Salesforce.com for efficient opportunity management and Customer relationship management. Position must follow directives completely as outlined by the Division Manager Education: Associate or bachelor’s degree in culinary, Food Marketing, General business-related field or equivalent education and experience.
