Job Description Job description: Alfa Romeo/Maserati Englewood Cliffs is hiring an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join our service department. We seek a motivated, professional, and customer-focused individual who excels at communication, organization, and building strong customer relationships in a fast-paced dealership environment. Pay: Competitive base salary + performance-based incentives $85-$140k Schedule: Monday–Friday 8-6pm About the Role As a Service Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for customers bringing vehicles in for service and repairs. You will greet guests, listen to concerns, accurately document vehicle issues, provide clear cost and time estimates, and coordinate with technicians to ensure timely, high-quality repairs. Success in this role requires excellent interpersonal skills, a strong customer-service mindset, and the ability to manage multiple service orders and priorities while maintaining accurate records in the dealership management system.
