Key Responsibilities • Conduct on-site assessments of maintenance operations, safety compliance, quality standards, and workflow efficiency., • Support startups, customer transitions, and new scope mobilizations, including CMMS setup, asset onboarding, and team training., • Strengthen site safety practices and regulatory compliance (OSHA, company policies, JHAs, audits)., • Conduct quality checks on maintenance work and support implementation of standardized SOPs and workmanship standards., • Analyze CMMS data to improve PM compliance, backlog management, labor utilization, and asset reliability., • Assist with preventive, predictive, and reliability-centered maintenance program development., • Provide temporary Facility Manager coverage, overseeing daily operations, scheduling, vendor management, and customer communication., • Train and coach technicians and supervisors on SOPs, CI tools, CMMS usage, safety procedures, and quality practices., • Collaborate with EHS, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and leadership on operational improvement priorities.
