Job Description Job description We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Mental Health Therapist to join our clinical team, serving youth in a residential setting. The ideal candidate will provide therapeutic services to youth residents with complex emotional and behavioral needs. This position is ideal for a licensed therapist or someone eligible for licensure, who is passionate about working in a residential setting and making a lasting impact on the lives of youth. We believe small caseloads provide the best possible work environment and care for our residents. LPC / LMFT / LCSW Key Responsibilities: • Regularly provides individual, group, and family therapy to youth residents., • Diagnoses and treats mental health disorders, • Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor progress., • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team (psychiatrists, case managers, counselors, etc.) to ensure holistic care., • Develop therapeutic interventions that promote emotional regulation, problem-solving, and positive behavioral change., • Creates in individualized treatment plans according to the youths needs and circumstances, adjusting as necessary, • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with state regulations and facility policies., • Provide crisis intervention and de-escalation support as needed, • Establish positive, trusting rapport with clients, • Involves and advises family members when appropriate Qualifications: • Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field., • Licensed or Licensed Eligible in Oklahoma (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent)., • Experience working with youth in a residential treatment or behavioral health setting is preferred., • Strong clinical assessment and therapeutic skills., • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-needs environment. We operate with 11 programs across Oklahoma (Norman, Newcastle, Mustang, Tulsa, Bixby) to provide best treatment and care to the individuals we serve in a smaller setting. Our programs are community-based and provide therapeutic services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, mental illness, and an extensive history of trauma. As a part of our team, you will help clients learn necessary life skills, build healthy relationships, and provide support to be successful in a community or home setting.Our agency provides behavior health residential treatment to 131 at-risk adolescents in the state of Oklahoma. We operate with 11 programs across Oklahoma (Norman, Newcastle, Mustang, Tulsa, Bixby) to provide best treatment and care to the individuals we serve in a smaller setting.
