Job Description The General Foreperson coordinates crew members, equipment, tools, and supplies in order to complete all jobs efficiently, correctly, and profitably. Previous experience as a General Foreperson working around powerlines is required to be considered for this role. Familiarity with ropes and knots is preferred. Must be willing to travel. Driver's License or CDL is preferred but not required. Work Schedule and Overtime • Follow an approved schedule: 40 hours per week for full-time employees and a minimum of 20 hours for part-time roles., • Rotating weekends according to the needs of the organization, • Overtime when needed, • Travel Requirement, • The ability to travel to various sites as required by the organization is a necessity QUALIFICATIONS Education and Licensure • Bachelor’s degree in nursing required., • Current license to practice as a Registered Professional Nurse in the state of New Jersey, • 5+ years of leadership/management experience preferred, • 2+ years of operating room / OR experience preferred Skills and Experience • Strong clinical assessment abilities to deliver comprehensive medical care and lead teams are necessary., • Proficiency with clinical documentation in both paper and EMR as well as familiarity with documentation standards and regulatory compliance in healthcare settings., • Critical thinking and problem-solving to optimize patient outcomes and operational efficiency., • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient education and team collaboration., • Dedication to high-quality patient care and creating a positive work environment. Additional Leadership Qualifications • In-depth knowledge of NexGen and Transcend policies and procedures, with a responsibility to ensure department-wide compliance., • Ability to supervise support staff effectively, identifying areas for improvement and offering supportive guidance. Ability to perform performance evaluations, hire effective team members, etc., • Provide a quarterly department overview highlighting team member achievements in skill development and communication., • Submit a quarterly report with observations on patient cases and staff performance, including chart reviews, training recommendations, and areas for quality improvement., • Utilizes logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems. Actual base salary will depend on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of the total compensation package for the successful candidate. The pay range for this role is 85K to 140K. Other rewards may/will include annual bonus, health insurance coverage, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and sick time and vacation.
