We are expanding our production capacity and are looking for a hands-on Operations Supervisor to help lead our production floor and ensure smooth daily manufacturing operations. Position Overview The Operations Supervisor will oversee daily productions floor activity, production workflow, and order execution. This is a hands-on manufacturing leadership role with 80% on the production floor managing output, inventory and workorders with the other 20% of time management meetings and planning. You will work directly with production employees, machinery, and incoming orders to make sure work is completed accurately, on time, and safely.
