Role Overview We're seeking a Director of Credit to own the full credit function at Trovy — from policy and underwriting methodology to loan pricing and portfolio analytics. This is a foundational role: you'll build the frameworks that determine who we lend to, at what price, and how we manage risk as we scale. You'll work closely with our CEO, COO, product, and engineering teams, and have direct influence over the performance and risk profile of Trovy's loan portfolio. Responsibilities • Monitor portfolio risk, drawdowns and changes in positioning across Equity Long/Short managers., • Analyse factor, thematic and concentration risks., • Conduct cross-portfolio overlap and correlation analysis., • Investigate meaningful changes in exposures and identify areas requiring further review., • Support investment risk discussions and portfolio oversight., • Develop and enhance risk analytics, reporting and monitoring tools., • Partner with stakeholders across Risk, Investments and Technology. Requirements • 2-8 years' experience within a hedge fund, asset manager, portfolio analytics or investment risk environment., • Strong understanding of Equity Long/Short portfolio construction and risk management., • Experience working with factor models, portfolio exposures and investment analytics., • Python and SQL skills preferred., • Excellent analytical and communication skills., • Background within a multi-manager hedge fund environment strongly preferred.
